ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email me at jen@jenpape.com as soon as possible! If the piece has not been made, I am happy to refund or make updates to the order.

 

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, orders will be made and shipped within 5-10 business days. If I anticipate any delays, I will contact you with the time estimate and an option to cancel your order.

 

You can select shipping with insurance for an added $3 to cover a replacement to be sent in the event of theft, loss, or damage. Jen Pape Designs will not replace or refund orders without insurance that are stolen, lost, or damaged in transit. I do however offer you a replacement discount of 50% to cover for expenses of replacement. JPD is not responsible for incurring charges to replace an order if incorrect information or address has been provided. 

 

I cannot guarantee any delivery times, but I am happy to coordinate expedited shipping and rush production at a fee should you first email me at jen@jenpape.com. I am not responsible for delays due to any weather conditions, postal delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, natural disasters, refusal to accept packages, or anything else that may happen along the way.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is provided through USPS, and most orders within the US arrive at the provided address within 7-12 business days. All domestic orders over $100 will include free standard shipping!

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Jen Pape Designs does not ship internationally via this website. Please email me if you would like to coordinate a specific order.
